Course Structure:

Duration: 12 weeks (36 sessions, 2 hours each)

Schedule: Three sessions per week (classroom) followed by a one-month field training with senior medical representatives

Assessment: Final written exam and practical demonstration

Selection Process: Successful completion of the program followed by a campus selection interview.

Field Training:

Upon completion of the classroom instruction, you will participate in a one-month field training program alongside senior medical representatives. During this hands-on experience, you will gain valuable real-world insights and apply your knowledge and skills in a clinical setting. Each week, you will receive personalized feedback from your senior mentor on your performance. This feedback will cover your strengths and identify any areas for improvement. Your mentor will then provide specific suggestions and coaching to help you develop your skills and address any shortcomings.

Selection Process:

Following successful completion of the program and the final assessment, you will have the opportunity to interview for a Medical Sales Representative position with select companies.
